University of Greenwich

University of Greenwich was established in 1890. With nearly 120 years of history. The university has three campuses in London and many collaborations programs at other international institutes, one of which is FPT University in Vietnam. Students benefit from studying in a research environment where staffs shares expertise and from working with specialized facilities. At Greenwich, we set high standards and provide professional training opportunities for all our lecturers.

School of Computing & Mathematical Sciences (CMS)

Located at the Greenwich Campus in London, the School of Computing & Mathematical Sciences is noted for its online/e-learning course and has pioneered degree programmes in Computing, Information Systems, Multimedia Technology, Networking and Mathematics. The School offers some of the most up-to-date, relevant and exciting courses in traditional computing and computer science as well as the emerging multimedia, internet and web technologies.

The subject area of Computing Science at Greenwich has been ranked above all other  new universities in London(The Times Good University Guide 2006 and the Guardian University Guide 2003).

The EXODUS software developed by the school won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher Education in 2002, the top award at the British Computer Society (BCS) IT awards in 2001 and the European IST (Information Society Technologies) Prize in 2003.
